Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $26/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Contract ends in April 2026

Our client, a top-tier logistics and warehousing company, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join their fast-paced Operations team. What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, ship, and receive inventory with precision and care

  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal)

  • Assist with office setup and workstation arrangements for events and daily operations

  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate shipments and troubleshoot issues

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in shipping or warehouse operations (required)

  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
