About the Role

Join our team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient store operation while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include processing freight, managing inventory, and supporting omni-channel operations to enhance the shopping experience.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process product shipments, efficiently managing stockroom operations and fulfilling omni-channel orders.

  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on customer demand and seasonal trends.

  • Engage with customers by welcoming them and assisting with their product inquiries.

  • Maintain product protection standards to safeguard merchandise.

  • Support the training of new hires on store practices, product knowledge, and inventory management as guided by store leadership.

As a valued associate, you will also be responsible for:

  • Exhibiting integrity, honesty, and promoting teamwork in a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Making thoughtful decisions and collaborating with team members when necessary.

  • Prioritizing customer service, anticipating customer needs, and effectively resolving any issues.

  • Assisting at point of sale and customer service areas to ensure swift transactions and a great customer experience.

  • Meeting or exceeding personal performance goals related to productivity and customer engagement.

  • Managing multiple tasks effectively within set timeframes.

  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Following directions from supervisors and responding proactively to feedback.

  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

What Skills You'll Need

Required

  • Strong customer service skills with an ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.

  • No prior retail experience is required.

  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

  • Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.85
