We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our Securities Administration team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting daily financial operations, reconciling data, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your analytical skill set within a fast-paced, collaborative financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily cash movements by comparing banking and system activity
- Support the processing of loan funding transactions and security-related payments
- Provide accurate remittance and correction information to servicing teams
- Assist in reviewing servicer performance for compliance with contractual obligations
- Research legal and financial documentation related to collateral and bond payments
- Maintain thorough transaction records and contribute to process efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
(Up to 1 year of relevant financial or analytical experience accepted) - Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office applications
- A proactive, adaptable attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work setting
