The CPA / Team Leader will manage client accounts, oversee accounting staff, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and solid accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage client accounts and financial reporting.
  • Lead and mentor accounting staff to maintain accuracy and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal team members.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and support month-end closings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and client experience.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Obtain CPA licensure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Full-time availability, on-site in Williamsburg.


Location: Williamsburg, NY

Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: $200,000-$250,000/year
