As a Compassionate Customer Support Advisor, your role is essential in bringing our mission to life by creating meaningful connections with our customers and their caregivers while supporting our Lively family of products. You will respond to a consistent flow of customer interactions, providing assistance with billing and usage inquiries, service plan or account changes, basic troubleshooting, and advocating for the unique health and safety services that cater to our customers' specific needs. In this position, you will navigate various applications, keep electronic records up-to-date, and ensure accurate documentation. To excel in this role, you must actively and patiently listen to customer needs while effectively resolving their concerns.

This position is hybrid, requiring you to be located within a drivable distance to our Best Buy Health office in Reno, NV, where you may be asked to come into the office up to 3 days per week. Compensation for this role is $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from new and existing subscribers, addressing caller needs with care
  • Provide empathetic and supportive responses while employing problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Suggest products and value-added services that align with the customer's expressed needs
  • Ensure customer information protection by adhering strictly to all Federal and State regulations (such as CPNI, PCI, and HIPAA)
  • Offer Phonebook support

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or call center experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Background in the technology sector
  • Experience interacting with senior-aged customers
