What Youll Be Doing:

• Helping patients make real progress with communication, cognition, and confidence all under the supervision of an SLP.
• Delivering in-home care thats tailored, not templated.

• Keeping patients, families, and your team in the loop and on the same page.
• Problem-solving on the go (possibly while dodging small dogs and chatty neighbors).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy comfortable using digital tools and electronic health records
• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation for home visits
• CPR certification & first aid knowledge for patient safety
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
• Attention to detail & problem-solving skills for quality care
