Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to final placement.
- Serve as a Client Partner by understanding their recruitment needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
- Engage in Strategic Sourcing using our proprietary CRM/ATS, along with your personal network and innovative communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates, organize outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain order.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that add lasting value for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
- Enhance Our Thought Leadership as we elevate our company's presence-and yours.
