Join our team as a Taco Bell Shift Supervisor, where your leadership will make a difference In this role, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service during your shifts. Your leadership will inspire others to meet Taco Bell standards and create a welcoming environment for both customers and Team Members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring effective resolution of customer complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Providing constructive feedback to Team Members in a supportive way.
  • Maintaining open and honest communication with the management team.
  • Adhering to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have reliable private transportation.
  • At least 1 year of management experience; food service experience is a plus.
  • Able to perform basic business math.
  • Open to working a flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends.
