PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES TO EMBRACE AND EXECUTE:

  • PT Business Management
    • Build and maintain an engaged and active client base.
    • Manage your schedule effectively, ensuring clarity and organization in client appointments and meetings.
    • Promote and sell personal training programs through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and personal interactions.
    • Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products to better assist members.
  • Service and Hospitality
    • Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and offer complementary services to enhance member experiences.
    • Engage with members to enrich their workouts and overall enjoyment of the club.
    • Design and coach personalized programs for individual clients, both in-person and virtually.
    • Ensure a safe and organized fitness floor throughout your shifts.
  • Professional Development
    • Participate in Continuing Education classes to broaden your knowledge and advance your career.
    • Engage in required one-on-one or team meetings with management to align on goals and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
  • Current CPR/AED certification (certification opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
  • Demonstrated passion and knowledge for fitness and wellness.
  • Availability to work in-person on weekdays and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and technology.
  • Must be energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; or $17.95/hr for non-session work, with the possibility of additional bonuses.
