On the job:
- Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans
- Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
- Maintaining both dish stations are cleaned and organized at all times
- Break down all kitchen boxes and recycle
- Sweep and Mop Floors daily
- Pick up all Trash cans and make sure there clean
- Assist with kitchen staff prep

Pay Range: $16.50 - $30.00
