Rytech of the Midlands is seeking a dedicated and skilled water and fire Restoration Technician Assistant to support our restoration team in delivering high-quality services to clients affected by water, fire, and mold damage. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience or a strong interest in the restoration industry, who are committed to helping others recover from property damage.

As a Full-Time Water Damage Technician Assistant at Rytech Restoration of The Midlands, your day starts with meeting your lead technician and heading out to various job sites where water damage has impacted homes or businesses. In this thrilling and hands-on role, you'll assist in setting up drying equipment, moving personal contents, and performing light demolition when necessary. Documentation plays a crucial role, as you'll capture photos and take notes to keep each project organized and on track. Expect a diverse range of tasks—one day you might extract water from a carpeted room, while another could involve cleaning and restoring affected areas.
