Position: Gastroenterology Hospitalist
Location: Dayton, OH
Job Type: Full-time

A growing digestive health program in the Dayton region is seeking a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join its clinical faculty team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume environment with a strong academic component, providing care to a diverse inpatient population while supporting future program expansion.
  • Split clinical and academic focus with opportunities to teach and mentor trainees
  • Active involvement in a large procedural service performing over 5,000 endoscopic procedures annually
  • Work alongside GI fellows, APPs, and multidisciplinary specialists
  • Contribute to program development in advanced endoscopy, digestive disease management, and GI service-line growth
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Call rotation: 1 weeknight per week
  • Weekends: 1 in 6

Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
  • Strong interest in clinical teaching and program development
