Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with strong structural heart and TAVR experience for a dynamic role in a busy cardiac cath lab.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a high-acuity cardiac cath lab rotating between 3 labs, with coverage in the OR or 4th lab as needed
  • Patient population includes complex coronary, structural heart, and electrophysiology cases
  • Caseload includes 10–12 coronary and 5–8 EP cases daily, plus device implants
  • Weekday day shifts, 5x8 hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Call required including every 3rd weekend
  • Scrubs are provided
  • EPIC training provided for those with experience on other EMRs
  • Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
  • First-time travelers will be considered if they meet experience requirements
  • You will support specialized procedures including TAVR, PFO/ASD closures, Watchman devices, and EP studies
  • Collaborate with a team of highly experienced staff known for their expertise and quality standards

  • Expectation to consistently meet high clinical standards and quality measures such as 90-minute door-to-balloon times
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
  • Strong experience with structural heart and TAVR procedures required
  • Current ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT R or CCI RCIS certification required
  • Experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring cath lab procedures required
  • Must be able to start confidently with full competence from day one
  • License required if applicable
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of driver’s license and Social Security card required for consideration
