Overview

MicroTech is excited to invite applications for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Join our dedicated and dynamic team providing essential support in a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, configure, test, and implement operational changes, creating release packages for service delivery and modifications.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end release process effectively.
  • Coordinate with build and test environment teams and release teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization’s established policies and procedures.
  • Develop configuration management planning and support the operational approval process for changes.
  • Assist in quality assurance audits and provide management reports regarding release progress.
  • Plan service rollouts including deployment methods and communication strategies in alignment with the CBP Change Operational Process.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, or Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications).
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a relevant technical field.
