Job Summary (List Format):

- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results for patient care
- Administer medications and operate medical equipment
- Record and document patients' symptoms and medical histories
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and follow-up care
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Communicate effectively with physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers regarding patient status changes
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and treatment response
- Perform general nursing duties in all departments with supervision
- Willingness to cross-train and work in other nursing departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with nursing medication test and maintain current California RN license
- Maintain BLS certification; minimum two years' recent acute/med-surg experience preferred

- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate professionalism, tact, and respect when interacting with patients, staff, and the public
- Possess basic computer and interpersonal skills
- Work night shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.)
