What You’ll Do Every Day:

  • Be the Bridge Between Customer and TechnicianEnsure clear communication of customer concerns and technician recommendations, creating a seamless service experience.

  • Craft Accurate Service EstimatesCalculate costs for parts, labor, and deductibles to provide transparent and trustworthy pricing.

  • Manage Repair Orders with PrecisionPrepare and process ROs, obtain approvals, and maintain accurate records in our service database.

  • Deliver Insightful Vehicle ConsultationsExplain inspection results and recommend additional services with confidence and clarity.

  • Navigate Warranty AdministrationHandle manufacturer warranty claims for qualifying repairs with attention to detail.

  • Keep Customers Informed and EngagedShare service specials, timelines, and expenses to ensure customers feel valued and informed.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Minimum of 3 years Premium Brand Service Advisor Experience

  • German Luxury Brand Experience highly preferred with CDK Experience

  • Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile

  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service

  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
