Job Title: Warehouse SpecialistPay Rate: up to $21/hrLocation: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Duties:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklifts if certified) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory by performing cycle counts and updating records in the system.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring products are stored in the proper location.
  • Assist with training new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and job duties.
  • Open cases or cartons, sort contents, and prepare items for storage or processing.
  • Build and wrap pallets following company specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
  • Support packaging, shipping, and receiving operations as needed.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English fluently.
  • Technologically literate (comfortable using computers and RF scanners).
  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to become certified).
  • Ability to train and support new employees.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements: push, pull, lift.
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. assisted, and 25-50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to safety and following company SOPs.

Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm

2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 5pm-3:30am

4th Shift - Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

5th Shift - Friday-Sunday 5pm-5:30am#LB
