ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Job Description: Sales- Account Representative

Location: Remote

Compensation: 100% Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Qualifications: Motivated and entrepreneurial minded Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative with excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with businesses and individuals, helping them protect what matters most through personalized solutions.

What you'll do:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.

• Identify Business and Individual clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.

• Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and premiums

• Maintain long-term relationships to support client retention and referrals.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, products and compliance requirements

• Prior Sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid state insurance license

• Desire for helping and educating people

This is a remote position.

My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Evans, GA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
