Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance the organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration:
    • Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
    • Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
    • Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
    • Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
  • Integration & Data Management:
    • Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
    • Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
  • Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Expertise in IRM modules such as Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM), and IRM data management.
  • Experience in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Flows/Workflows.
  • Familiarity with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Ability to gather and prioritize business requirements and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
