Description
Greenway Ford Collision Center is seeking a dedicated Detailer & Shop Cleaner to join our fast-paced, high-volume collision team. This role is critical to ensuring every vehicle is returned to our guests in pristine condition and that our shop remains safe, organized, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough detailing of vehicles following collision repairs, including washing, vacuuming, buffing, waxing, and interior cleaning
- Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and cleanliness meet Greenway's standards of Extreme Satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop areas, bays, and common spaces to support a safe and efficient work environment
- Dispose of debris and shop waste in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
- Assist collision technicians and staff with moving vehicles as needed
- Monitor and maintain supplies for detailing and cleaning, notifying leadership when inventory is low
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned
- Prior experience in detailing or cleaning preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- $16.00 per hour / 40 hours per week
