SUMMARY:

The Senior Market Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This position focuses on outreach to potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, assessing market trends, and developing strategies that capitalize on those insights.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop strategies for establishing and maintaining major account relationships to promote business continuity, ongoing representation, and increased sales in the market.
  • Responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding the market to accomplish firm financial objectives.
  • Conduct regular outreach to engage prospects, build relationships, and understand their business needs.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on their potential fit with our solutions and products.
  • Develop and implement strategic market development plans to drive growth.
  • Identify areas of significant business opportunities, leveraging the full resources and partnerships within the Firm to expand the Firm's client base.
  • Monitor competitive activity in Market and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and executed.
  • Perform contract negotiations for high-level clients to ensure reasonable business requirements.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In accordance with Massachusetts pay equity law, Kforce discloses that the anticipated pay range for this position, which is subject to change based on job-related factors, including Kforce client requirements where applicable, is between $130,000 and $162,500. This position is eligible for commissions on base salary amounts, according to a schedule of gross profit, starts or revenue achieved from sales activities.

All Kforce employees are eligible to enroll in Kforce's medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits plans and flexible spending accounts (FSA), subject to plan requirements. All Kforce employees are also eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) retirement plan after receipt of the first paycheck.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related product/business experience within the staffing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Proof of substantial Career-To-Date Revenue Growth required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Client Outbound visits, at least 50%.

Must have reliable transportation which affords timely travel to client sites within assigned territory.
