Equity Operations Risk Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months
Pay: Up to $24/hr (W2)

Overview:
We're seeking an Equity Operations Risk Analyst with 2-3 years of Finance or Risk Management experience to support the North America Equity Ops Risk team. This role focuses on risk reviews, data analysis, incident management, and improving operational controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with global risk managers to perform risk reviews and strengthen controls
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Support migrations of procedures to strategic teams and flag risks
  • Prepare monthly risk reporting and metrics for senior management
  • Manage incidents, analyze operational errors, document root causes
  • Compile KRIs, run risk review calls, and maintain weekly/monthly reports
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables
Requirements:
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and general MS Office skills
  • Strong control mindset with the ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Solid problem-solving skills and comfort presenting data to stakeholders
