Location: Twin Cities Metro Area - Travel up to 100-mile radius (company truck provided)

Wage: Up to $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Full-time, year-round work (indoor and outdoor projects in all weather conditions)

Duties of the concrete foreman:
  • Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial and residential projects
  • Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure job accuracy
  • Schedule pours, coordinate materials, and maintain project timelines
  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies on-site
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades
  • Ensure quality workmanship and site cleanliness at all times
Requirements of the concrete foreman:
  • Minimum 5 years of construction / concrete experience
  • Physical strength and endurance able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor for 8+ hours
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Organized, safety-minded, and able to follow directions from supervisors
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential
