Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical solution expert, supporting the sales team in client meetings and calls.
- Oversee the evaluation stage for the XPO platform within the sales process, collaborating with stakeholders as a key technical advisor and advocate.
- Create and deliver engaging technical sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Communicate new features and capabilities of relevant products as they are released, ensuring successful client deployment.
- Effectively articulate technology and solution positioning to both technical and non-technical audiences, building strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare comprehensive responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Gather customer requirements and develop strategic use-cases to boost sales from existing accounts.
- Conduct client training sessions and knowledge transfers.
- Promote the XPO product to prospects and attendees during presentations and events.
- Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality results promptly.
- Communicate product features and updates with the Product Management team.
- Safeguard confidential information belonging to KNOREX and our external partners.
