Now Hiring a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN in Utica, NY

Pay: $24 per hour

Location: Historical Park Apts 100 Rutger Street Utica, NY 13501

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assign and coordinate work within the team.
  • Perform building repairs, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, light electrical, painting and basic appliance repairs.
  • Apartment make-ready duties
  • Maintain cleanliness of buildings, common areas and grounds
  • Landscaping and curb appeal maintenance (if applicable)
  • Shared on-call rotation (travel and mileage is covered)
Skills and Requirements:
  • Facilities maintenance or construction experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong organizational skills
