Endpoint Engineer

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across workstations and mobile devices.

• Manage SCCM/Intune image deployment and patch compliance.

• Develop GPOs, endpoint baselines, and configuration scripts.

• Ensure integration with DOT's ITSM toolset (ServiceNow/Remedy).

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for endpoint incidents.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in IT or Computer Engineering.

• Certifications: Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator); ITIL v4.

• Experience: 5-8 years in endpoint engineering.

• Clearance: Public Trust.
