Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all project sites.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for effective mitigation.
- Communicate project progress and updates to management and other relevant parties.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in construction management.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Heavy Civil Project Engineer should have:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience with heavy civil construction projects and a solid understanding of industry practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle project challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools used in construction processes.
- Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually.
