Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance project management efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and project goals. - Utilize Portfolio & Project Management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Facilitate agile methodologies, including CX-Scrum Master practices, to optimize team performance and project outcomes. - Develop comprehensive project documentation to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder communication. - Conduct regular assessments of project progress and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. - Implement best practices in agile project management to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide training and support to team members on agile methodologies and project management tools. - Evaluate project outcomes and deliver post-project analysis to inform future initiatives. - Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project management capabilities. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all project management activities. Qualifications - - Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management to manage complex projects effectively. - Have a solid understanding of agile methodologies, particularly CX-Scrum Master practices. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and team members. - Show proficiency in project management tools and software to streamline project activities. - Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in project management practices. - Hold a relevant certification in agile methodologies or project management, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
