  • Delivering direct patient care & performing physical assessments
  • Monitoring symptoms and patient progress
  • Administering medications per nursing standards and correctional guidelines
  • Responding to emergencies with critical thinking and fast action
  • Following established treatment plans under provider supervision
  • Working within your state's scope of practice
