Plant Manager Fort Worth

Plant Manager will oversee daily operations to meet manufacturing production targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and control costs. Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing production strategies, coordinating departments, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and analytical skills are essential to drive efficiency and profitability in this electronic repair plant.

RECENT manufacturing preferably in electronic, computer or AI server repair is needed for this position

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Organize and oversee the schedules and work of assigned team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Key Responsibilities/ Other Duties not listed may be assigned as needed

Production Management:

Planning production schedules, monitoring processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Operational Efficiency:

Implementing strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that production processes adhere to quality standards and that final products meet specifications.

Safety & Compliance:

Upholding strict health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility to create a safe working environment.

Maintenance & Assets:

Overseeing the maintenance of plant equipment and utilizing assets effectively to produce optimal results.

Reporting & Analysis:

Preparing and analyzing production and performance reports to identify areas for improvement and waste.

Budget Management:

Creating and managing budgets to ensure the facility operates within financial parameters.

Leadership:

Ability to provide clear direction, motivate teams, and manage staff effectively.

Technical Acumen:

A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and operational best practices.

Strategic Thinking:

Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve company objectives.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Communication:

Effectively communicating with staff, department heads, and senior management.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  • RECENT manufacturing preferably in electronic, computer or AI server repair is needed for this position
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years work-related supervision experience in AI or Technology manufacturing systems.
  • Requires excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers.
  • Needs ability to generate management reports in Excel, ISO experience to create SOP work instructions and procedures in Word.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Lean manufacturing - 5S procedures experience is a plus.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented, have strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Required ability to adapt to new processes and/or be flexible to changing tasks/assignments.
  • Must show determination to achieve excellent results and find better ways
