Personal Injury Paralegal position starting salary $43,000 annually. Higher starting salary available based on experience and generous salary growth potential.
Thomas J. Henry Law is actively seeking dedicated and driven Personal Injury Paralegals with experience in plaintiff personal injury law. Our paralegals enjoy one of the highest median pay rates in comparisons to other personal injury firms in the state.
Essential Functions:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. You will work in a structured team environment, assist in litigation processes, attend trials, and help with deposition preparation, including expert depositions. Additionally, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining medical and billing records, managing a high volume calendar, and meeting litigation deadlines while being detail-oriented.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior law office experience preferred
- Customer service background preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with a variety of office equipment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
