Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in Connecticut, starting Dec 15, 2025. This opportunity offers a 70-day contract, working day shifts from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must hold an active CT license and Basic Life Support certification.

- Deliver primary care services as outlined in the practice profile
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
- Board Certification in Family Medicine required
- Active CT Nurse Practitioner license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- This position is open exclusively to Nurse Practitioners; Physician Assistants will not be considered
