Drywall Estimator
Are you a detail-oriented Drywall Estimator ready to join a well-established and growing drywall contractor known for quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and long-term success? This is a great opportunity to be part of a laid-back yet high-performing team.
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates using OST and QuickBid
- Review plans/specs to create complete, competitive bids
- Calculate labor, material, equipment, and overhead costs
- Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and deadlines
- Support PMs in turning bids into active projects
- Join preconstruction meetings and assist with cost planning
- Contribute to value engineering and project phasing
- Coordinate with clients, GCs, vendors, and subs
- Keep organized records of bids, changes, and awards
- Represent the company professionally in all pre-award stages
- 2-3+ years of drywall estimating experience
- Proficiency with OST, QuickBid, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of structural framing and exterior systems
- Experience with large commercial projects such as hospitals, casinos, hotels, and schools
