Oxford Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an assignment with a healthcare-focused nonprofit organization. In this onsite role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account questions, product and service information, membership inquiries, and order processing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, solving problems, and keeping information organized and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, web chat, or in person
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, courses, events, and memberships
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to navigating online systems
- Update demographic and account details within membership software
- Process payments, orders, and membership applications received through various channels
- Reconcile daily and month-end financial batches and assist with refunds
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, determining solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Support the finance team with accounts receivable tasks when needed
- Customer service experience in a professional environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn internal systems and provide basic technical assistance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and financial information
- Reliable and comfortable working onsite in an office environment
