Location: Twin Cities metro

Pay: $29 - $38 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, monthly rotating weekends

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, HSA with qualifying plan selection, FSA, Life insurance, Long-term disability, paid time off, paid holidays.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services in our apartment communities to include installation of appliances, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs and maintenance of equipment. You will use your own vehicle to drive to a limited number of properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage.

We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who can work independently and as part of a team.
