Job Description

Join a multicultural entertainment company as a Senior Technical Support Representative. You'll support technicians, coordinate operations, manage vendors, and act as a key communication bridge across departments.

What You'll Do
  • Support daily technical and operational tasks
  • Answer/route calls and review store reports
  • Maintain vendor relationships and contact lists
  • Liaise between Tech Dept., internal teams, and external partners
  • Interpret between English Japanese
  • Coordinate technician travel
  • Assist with game installations, updates, and layout changes
  • Manage parts inventory and verify store orders
  • Handle supply requests, shipping, and equipment coordination
  • Help with payments and new store setups
What You Need
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel required)
  • Bilingual English/Japanese
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
