AdventHealth Medical Group in the Greater Deland and Orange City area is looking for dynamic and energetic APRN/PAs for thriving practices and service lines. Located in Northern Central Florida where you have the best of both worlds
The opportunity includes the benefits of a collegial team atmosphere, mentoring, working with excellent physicians, in a variety inpatient/outpatient; procedural/ non-procedural; & surgical/ non-surgical APPs needed in many exciting specialties such as:

Our State-of-the-Art Hospitals/Clinics & Endoscopy Centers are located in North/Central Florida where you have the best of both worlds Truly nature's den along with sunshine and serenity Just east of Orlando, south of St. Augustine, and southeast of Jacksonville to enjoy the big city amenities and come home to your safe haven .
We offer so many different lifestyle choices, from the coastal beach side with all the great "salt life" activities to the countryside with rolling hills with moss covered oak trees, horse farms, strawberry/blueberry farms, tons of beautiful lakes and waterways. Requirements of the positions include:

1 + year APP experience: will consider new grad APRN's with several years of prior and relevant nursing experience.

New grad APPs welcome in some select roles.

Team player with patient-first mindset
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Eligibility for active Florida license

Ability to collaborate closely with attending physicians and work autonomously.
A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence-based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. The new APP should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
