Responsibilities:

  • Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
  • Expand your experience as a mechanic by working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy inspections of vehicles.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizational practices.
  • Engage with the service department to communicate customer needs clearly.
  • Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems, meet project deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers.
  • 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Ability to meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
  • A commitment to long-term career growth and development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools on elevated vehicles.
  • Comfort working in tight spaces as required by repairs.
  • Good dexterity for efficient use of hand tools.
  • Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Competency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Capability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
