HVAC Technician - Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join a team focused on maintaining and servicing commercial and institutional HVAC systems. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting the daily operations of a large, complex facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems

  • Work with steam-based heating systems

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues

  • Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and maintenance staff

  • Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • EPA Universal Certification (required)

  • Minimum of 4 years of HVAC experience in a commercial or institutional setting

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Class A or B HVAC license

  • Experience with building automation systems and protocols such as BACnet or Modbus
