Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team This position is located in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
Duties:
- Create tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched
- Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them
- Pay attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement
- Develop new tests to run, run the tests, and document the results
- Collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program
- 3+ years of experience working in manual testing understanding project documents and product objectives to create and execute test cases
- 2+ years experience in POS Testing
- 1+ years experience using ticketing tool like JIRA
- Hands on experience of using test inventory for release and test management
- Basic knowledge of any programming language and process management methodology
- Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools
- Strong knowledge and experience in various types of testing such as: Regression, Integration, End to End and Sanity
- Ability to recognize risks and errors in an application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry
- A passion for testing, development, and design
- POS Testing Electronic payment testing with API testing experience
