Cath Lab Technologist Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist or Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
  • Valid BLS certification (AHA)
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
  • Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
  • Ability to work in a Level 1 Trauma acute care hospital environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures
  • Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment in the cath lab
  • Prepare patients for cardiac procedures and monitor their status throughout
  • Accurately document patient care and procedures using EPIC
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Follow safety protocols and hospital policies at all times
