Qualifications:

  • A sincere desire to serve patients and families, with a focus on delivering the best care possible.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in chronic disease management/long-term care preferred; hospice experience is a plus.
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
