Join our dynamic Marketing Analytics team as the Associate Director of Customer Analytics, where your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping strategies for our active customer base of over 2.5 million. This position offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of data analysts and collaborate with various departments to enhance our marketing efforts aimed at Present Customers (PCs).

Your insights will directly influence our growth strategy by analyzing customer interests, motivations, and financial needs. As a key player in our initiative to improve customer engagement and loyalty, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Drive all aspects of Present Customer (PC) and Marketing reporting, presenting insights on PC trends to various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Present customer channel marketing teams to create and implement effective loan renewal strategies.
  • Monitor performance trends for PC loan renewals and compare results against established plans.
  • Develop analytical tools and frameworks for test designs and post-test analytics, ensuring statistical significance and creating KPI dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Work with Data Science to inform the development of new models to enhance PC performance and cross-sell conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team, Finance, and Risk to provide insights for forecasts and budgets, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI.
  • Develop and analyze product cross-sell strategies in partnership with the Card team to support OneMain's goal of becoming a multiproduct company.
  • Lead and inspire a team of high-performing analysts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or Computer Science), with a strong preference for an MBA or Master's in Marketing or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of analytical experience in the digital/marketing space.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing analysts, demonstrating the ability to build and motivate successful analytical teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with SAS and/or Python is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing digital marketing and data visualization tools.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with a proven track record of presenting strategies to senior executives.
  • Preferred experience in lending or the consumer finance industry.
