ABOUT OUR AGENCY:We've proudly been in business for 10 years, growing into a strong team made up of three customer service representatives (two full time and one part time), three full time account representatives, and myself. Our office is a place where hard work and fun go hand in hand. We keep the fridge stocked with sodas and water, the pantry full of snacks, and enjoy team lunches every Friday. Plus, we love to celebrate success - our team earns at least three formal trips each year. In 2023, we went white water rafting in Colorado

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through the local Chamber of Commerce and the Hemingway Business District. Giving back is part of our culture - this year we also volunteered at Feed My Starving Children.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Doe - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
