If you are a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care, we want you to be part of our team Our urgent care center in Jackson, TN, is seeking qualified professionals to help us provide excellent medical services to patients of all ages.
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you will be integral in delivering high-quality medical care for a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated healthcare team to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients, all while upholding our commitment to patient-centered care.

- Deliver exemplary customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.
- Provide accessible and friendly care to all seeking health services.
- Lead and support during emergencies while reassuring patients.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying hours and conditions.
- Conduct medical assessments and follow-ups for various cases, including primary and urgent care.
- Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and more.
- Establish and oversee appropriate care levels for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
- Engage in policy development to enhance medical practice and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs for staff and contribute to professional growth.
- Guide other medical staff to ensure quality services and patient care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is preferred.
- An active state license as an APRN or PA.
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Board Certification.
- A valid DEA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire.
- Current DOT certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.
- Current BLS certification.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our full-time team members work a rotating schedule of 30-40 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. PRN (per diem) positions are available as needed.
