Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining production, inventory, and operational data in our systems. This role ensures that manufacturing processes are supported by precise and timely data, enabling smooth workflow and compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update production, inventory, and material data into ERP or manufacturing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Generate and distribute reports for supervisors and management as needed.
- Assist with quality control documentation and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Support other administrative tasks within the manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or manufacturing support is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
