Corporate Tax Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $140,000 to $175,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and provide direction to junior team members.
- Preparation of consolidated federal and multi-state corporate estimated tax payments, tax extensions, and returns.
- Coordinate information gathering from various internal departments to support the tax projects
- Prepare Forms 54711, 5472, 1042 workpapers.
- Assist with federal, state, and local tax audits.
- Perform tax planning and research for international, federal, state, and local issues.
- Assist in the implementation of new income tax provision software.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related area required .
- 7+ years progressively responsible tax experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Well-rounded knowledge of corporate tax, GAAP and IFRS accounting is required.
- Knowledge of Checkpoint and BNA is a plus, Oracle Finance and Tax reporting cloud service is a plus.
- Management/supervisory/leadership prior experience.
- Must have consolidated federal and combined state return preparation review experience.
- Strong communications and analytical skills.
