Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Data Architecture to lead the design, development, and optimization of their enterprise data environment. This role oversees a team of data architects and integration developers and drives data architecture strategies that support the organization's broader technology and business goals. A hybrid work schedule may be available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data architects and data integration developers.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of enterprise data systems, models, and processes.
- Partner with business intelligence and project management leaders to prioritize initiatives, manage workflows, and allocate resources.
- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, future-ready architecture solutions.
- Manage data-focused projects, including planning, timelines, resource coordination, and budget oversight.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment.
- 7+ years of experience in data architecture or a related field, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in data architecture, data integration, and enterprise data management.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, database technologies, data warehousing, and data modeling practices.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
Compensation: $165,000-185,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
