Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced complex litigation Case Manager who will provide sophisticated litigation support for high-stakes securities fraud, corporate governance, shareholder rights, and commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive case strategy and project management for complex multi-district and class action litigation
  • Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and AlphaSense
  • Ensure precision through meticulous cite-checking, Bluebooking, and proofreading of briefs, complaints, and court documents
  • Coordinate multi-party deadlines, organize case files, and manage document productions across attorney teams and co-counsel
  • Support trial preparation including deposition logistics, exhibit preparation, and hearing coordination
  • Execute e-filing in federal and state court systems with expertise
  • Facilitate client meetings and contribute to business development initiatives
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 5-12 years of complex litigation experience, preferably within securities, commercial, or class action practice areas. Success in this role requires demonstrated expertise in Bluebooking and cite-checking, proven ability to manage multiple complex cases and deadlines, an exception analytical, organizational, and project management responsibilities.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ($110,00 - $125,000 dependent on experience level), hybrid schedule, overtime eligibility after 35 hours, performance-based annual bonuses, comprehensive firm-sponsored healthcare benefits, generous PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Details

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of litigation experience in complex securities or commercial litigation
  • Demonstrated expertise in federal court filing procedures
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER)
  • Strong Bluebook citation skills and experience with cite-checking legal documents
  • Bachelor's Degree. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of case management software (i.e. Relativity, Concordance)
