We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our team as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This opportunity is more than just a job; it's a springboard for growth. What You'll Do
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from the initial intake to placement closure.
  • Engage with Clients, comprehensively understanding their staffing requirements, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
  • Strategically Source Candidates using our exclusive CRM/ATS and your extensive network, enhanced by our proprietary communications platform.
  • Utilize Our Advanced Platform to oversee candidates, monitor outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver lasting value for clients while ensuring lucrative commissions for yourself.
  • Contribute to Our Brand's Thought Leadership as we grow together.
